Terms of Service

The agreement between your family and us when you buy a report.

Last updated: August 19, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

RosterFit Baseball is a service operated by Verdi Ventures LLC(“we,” “us,” “our”). These terms govern your use of https://rosterfit.co and any report you purchase from us. By submitting an intake form or buying a report, you agree to them.

2. What the service is

We produce a research-based college baseball recruiting report: a list of target programs with fit reasoning, outreach guidance, draft emails, camp and showcase suggestions, and a strategic plan. Every report is reviewed by a person before it is sent.

What we are not:

  • We are not a recruiting agency, an advisor registered with any athletic association, or a representative of your athlete.
  • We do not contact coaches on your behalf, and we do not negotiate with programs.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, any conference, or any college or university.
  • We do not provide legal, financial, admissions, or eligibility advice. Eligibility questions belong with your school's compliance office or the relevant association.

3. Eligibility, and reports about minors

You must be at least 18 to purchase. Most of the athletes we write about are minors, so the intake must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, or by the athlete with a parent or guardian's permission.

By submitting an athlete's information you confirm you have the authority to share it with us for the purpose of producing the report. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Information you give us

The report is only as good as the profile behind it. You agree that the metrics, academics, and context you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge. We do not independently verify GPAs, test scores, or athletic measurables, and we are not responsible for a report built on inaccurate information you supplied.

5. No guarantee of any outcome

This is the most important term on the page. We provide research and strategy. We do not promise, and cannot promise, that your athlete will receive an offer, a roster spot, admission, a scholarship, or a reply from any coach.

Outcomes depend on your athlete's performance and academics, coach discretion, roster needs that change without notice, and many other factors outside our control. Any service that guarantees a recruiting result is not being straight with you.

6. Accuracy of program information

Reports draw on publicly available information about colleges and their baseball programs, gathered at the time the report is written. Rosters, coaching staffs, recruiting needs, admissions standards, and costs change constantly. We make a serious effort to be accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail will remain correct after delivery. Verify anything you plan to act on.

7. Price and payment

The price of a report is shown at checkout and charged once — there is no subscription and no recurring billing. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: a full refund before research begins, and a 14-day window after delivery to raise problems with the report itself.

9. Your report, and what you may do with it

The report is written for your family. You may use, print, and share it with your athlete, their coaches, and advisors as you see fit. You may not resell it, republish it publicly, or use it to build a competing product or dataset. We keep ownership of our templates, methodology, and the underlying research systems.

10. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, attempt to breach or probe our systems, submit information about an athlete you have no authority to share, or use anything we provide to harass a coach, program, or another family.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of these terms or any report is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost recruiting opportunities, scholarship money, or travel and showcase costs.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limits above apply only as far as they are permitted.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will change with them. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to a report you have already purchased — the terms in force when you bought it are the ones that govern it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms go to hello@rosterfit.co. We answer email from real people.
