Why we built RosterFit Baseball.

The process is more confusing than it needs to be, and that confusion is expensive.

What surprised us was not just how competitive recruiting is, but how unclear it is. Families are expected to figure out which schools are realistic, which rosters have opportunity, which camps are worth paying for, and how to contact coaches in a way that actually stands out. Nobody hands you a map.

Most of the available options either felt too generic or too expensive. The platforms give you a profile page and a database. The consultants charge thousands. We wanted something more practical: a clear, honest, data-informed recruiting plan that a family could act on immediately.

What we actually believe

Division level matters, but it's one input, not the whole picture. If D1 is the goal, we help you find the right D1 programs: the ones where your athlete's metrics, position, and graduation year actually create roster opportunity. And for families who care as much about academics as athletics, we map that too. This includes D2 and D3 programs at selective schools where the outcome can be stronger than many D1 options.

We also believe the industry has a hype problem. Families are sold on guaranteed exposure, roster spots, and scholarships. We don't make those claims. Recruiting is hard, outcomes are uncertain, and any service that tells you otherwise isn't being straight with you. What we can do is give you a significantly better starting point than guessing.

Our background

Our background is in engineering, data, and analytics. We are not here to promise scholarships, roster spots, or shortcuts. We know how to find patterns in data, how to do research systematically, and how to turn that into something a family can actually use.

RosterFit starts with baseball because that is the process we know firsthand, and because baseball recruiting is full of families trying to make sense of camps, showcases, rosters, divisions, and coach outreach with almost no reliable guidance on where to focus.

Our goal is simple: give serious families a realistic map before they spend more time and money chasing the wrong programs.
