RosterFit Baseball is a college baseball recruiting research service for families. You send your athlete's profile, we research 1,500+ college programs against it, and you get back 20–30 realistic target schools with the reasoning behind each one. The name is the idea: roster fit is whether a program actually has an opening at your athlete's position in their graduation year, which is the question most recruiting advice skips entirely. A coach can like a player and still have three returning players in front of him.

Your athlete's position(s), graduation year, state, high school and club team, GPA, and any stats or metrics you have (velocity, exit velocity, 60-yard dash time, etc.). You'll also tell us what your biggest recruiting question is, which shapes how we frame the report.

Our own, not a public directory. We hold verified high school profiles for 30,000+ players currently on college rosters across 1,000+ programs, season by season rather than just their senior year: the metrics, the position and the academic profile each of them had at your athlete's stage, before anyone recruited them. Your athlete is measured against the players each program has already taken, which is what lets a report say a school is a realistic target or a reach instead of just listing it. A person then reads the finished report before it is sent.

Recruiting platforms give you a profile page and a list of coaches to email. RosterFit Baseball gives you a researched strategy: we analyze which specific programs have roster openings at your player's position, cross-reference that with their metrics and academics, and tell you exactly how to approach each coach. It's research, not a directory.

Yes, and this is one of the more important things to tell us upfront. A lot of families, especially in academically competitive regions, are using baseball as a lever to access a stronger school than their student's GPA or test scores alone would allow. That's a completely legitimate strategy, and we build for it explicitly. Your report will include D3 programs at highly selective schools where baseball has historically been an admission lever, D2 programs with strong academic profiles in your athlete's area of interest, and notes on which D1 programs have meaningful athletic admission advantages. Division level is not our only axis, since academic outcome is part of the map too.

All of them: D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO. We don't just match by division level, though. A Low-Major D1 program recruits very differently than a Power conference school, and a NESCAC D3 program can be harder to get into academically than most D1s. Your report identifies the specific programs and competitive tiers where your athlete's profile is genuinely competitive, across all levels.

Yes. Velocity and stats are helpful but not everything. We also look at positional profile, athleticism indicators, academic strength, and geographic fit. The less objective data you have, the more the camp guidance section of the report becomes important. We'll tell you exactly where to go to get seen.

No, and any service that claims otherwise isn't being straight with you. RosterFit Baseball gives you a targeted strategy that significantly improves your odds of reaching the right coaches. What you do with that strategy is up to your family and your athlete. We make no guarantees about scholarships, roster spots, admissions decisions, or coaching responses.

Most reports delivered within 1 business day of submission. Every report goes through a human review before delivery. We don't send anything we haven't looked at.

Contact us. If your player transfers schools, changes positions, or gets new metrics before we deliver the report, we'll incorporate that. After delivery, tell us within 14 days if something in the report is wrong and we'll fix it.

No catch, and no subscription. You pay $49 once and get one report built around your athlete's actual profile. We don't upsell you into a monthly plan, we don't sell your information, and we don't charge you again. If the report gets something wrong, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
